三千年悠悠酒韻,一百年品牌輝煌。金杯大道位于五糧液現代生態釀酒工業園區東大門外。大道兩旁林立的人物雕塑和眾多國際金獎的獎杯、獎牌,默默無聲地訴說著一個民族品牌百年傳奇的奮斗歷史。
這里所展示的,僅僅是五糧液數百枚獎杯、獎牌中的一部分,但卻昭示著五糧液成為中國酒業大王的發展必然性。這里矗立的人物,表達著五糧液人對貢獻卓越先人的崇敬,對技能、知識、文化和民生的崇尚。
Located outside the east gate of Wuliangye Modern Ecological Brewing Industrial Park, this avenue silently tells the striving history of a national brand having a hundred years of legends with the figure sculptures as well as trophies and medals of international gold awards on both sides. Even though it only demonstrates part of hundreds of trophies and medals that Wuliangye has won, it declares the historical inevitability that Wuliangye becomes the magnate in the liquor-making industry in China. Figure sculptures express Wuliangye people’s respect for predecessors who have made great contributions, as well as skills, knowledge, culture and people’s livelihood.
鄧子均塑像
鄧子均,“陳氏秘方”的傳人,五糧液現代化大生產的奠基人。
1915年,鄧子均攜所釀五糧液酒遠涉重洋,首獲巴拿馬博覽會國際金獎。1932年,鄧子均正式申請注冊第一代五糧液商標。1950年,鄧子均獻出“陳氏秘方”,并出任工廠技術指導,負責五糧液酒釀造技術的推廣。
“陳氏秘方”讓五糧液邁出了從作坊式生產向規模化大生產的第一步,奠定了公司今日的輝煌。
STATUE OF DENG ZIJUN
Deng Zijun, known as the inheritor of “Chen’s secret recipe”, is the founder of Wuliangye’s modern mass production.
In 1915, Wuliangye won the Gold Award at the Panama-Pacific International Exposition (PPIE) for the first time when Deng Zijun brought Wuliangye liquor to this grand event. In 1932, he officially applied to register the first generation of Wuliangye trademark. In 1950, he gave “Chen’s secret recipe” and worked as technical adviser to take charge of promoting Wuliangye’s liquor-making technique.
“Chen’s secret recipe” enable Wuliangye to take the first step from workshop- d production to modern mass production, this laying the foundation for today’s glory of this group.
范玉平塑像
范玉平,中國白酒行業著名勾兌大師,被譽為中國白酒界的“勾兌圣手”和“神奇魔術師”。
范玉平通過研究不同基礎酒相生相克原理和特點,于1972年首創了白酒勾兌技術。作為五糧液的首席勾兌師,他在行業早期的勾兌技術培訓與推廣活動中發揮了重要作用。20世紀80年代,五糧液首次將計算機技術引入白酒勾兌,成功研發出計算機勾兌專家系統,獲國家商業部重大科技成果獎和科技進步獎。五糧液首創的人工勾兌和微機勾兌被稱為中國白酒史上獨一無二的“勾兌雙絕”,成為中國白酒界科技進步的一座劃時代豐碑。
STATUE OF FAN YUPING
Fan Yuping, a famous blending master in the liquor-making industry in China, is dubbed as the “Expert on Blending” and “Miraculous Magician” in the liquor-making industry in China.
In 1972, he first created the liquor blending technology through studying the principle and characteristics of liquors that mutually reinforce and neutralize each other. As the chief blender in Wuliangye, he played and important role in early blending technology training and promotion activities. In the 1980s, Wuliangye first introduced computer technology to liquor blending and successfully developed the computer- d blending expert system, which won the Major Scientific and Technological Achievement Prize and the Prize for Scientific and Technological Achievement issued by the Ministry of Commerce, PRC. Artificial and computerized blending technologies first created by Wuliangye, called “Two Unparalleled Blending Technologies” in the liquor-making history of China, have become an epoch-making milestone of scientific and technological progress in the liquor-making industry in China.
