Hello, now here we are in Yunnan Cizhong, we are in Shangri-La region, it is a quite new region for wine-growing, but developing very fast.
First one, because we are at high altitude, but quite south of China,
The second reason is that, we are really on the mountain on very steep slopes, and it’s much different from any regions in China.
Many villages we grow vine and can make wine,but all these villages have specificities, they are quite different, Some have different climate, different soil, different exposition to the sun, So, I believe we can make a lot of diffident wines here, and maybe also a lot of blends of all the villages.
大家好。我們現在在云南茨中的香格里拉產區。云南是一個相對新的葡萄酒產區,但是發展非常快。
我相信,云南是最好的中國葡萄酒產區,主要有三個原因:
首先,我們位于高海拔地區,但在中國比較靠南的位置。我們這里的氣候與法國一些地區,比如羅訥河谷或勃艮第非常相似。
第二個原因,我們的葡萄樹種植在山脈地帶的陡峭斜坡上,這里和中國其他任何產區都非常不同。
第三個原因,就是它是一個南北線很長的產區,從我們現在所在的位置,也就是這個產區的南邊,到北邊的富川村和阿東村,即敖云的所在地,南北差不多相距100公里。
我們這里許多村莊種植葡萄樹,也釀制葡萄酒,但是它們又各不相同。它們的氣候條件、土壤和接受太陽照射的程度都不一樣,所以我相信我們能夠在這里釀出不同風格的葡萄酒,也可以用所有這些村莊的葡萄釀出各種混釀葡萄酒。
